Thanks. I love getting a view of downtown Melbourne. Have very little familiarity with that area. Interesting to compare with downtown Nashville. What is the population of Melbourne?
Over 4.5 million. As a comparison, Sydney has just over 5 million – the largest in Australia.
Now you say “winter sun”. Is it cold in Melbourne? I’ll be leaving Denmark in 2 weeks to travel to Melbourne and live there for a year, and being the viking I am I was planning on not bringing any pants but only shorts. Should I reconsider? How cold is it? 😀
It is -1oc this morning in Melbourne. Top temp. 14oc today. There is sometimes a cold wind that makes it feel colder.
So I might bring a couple of pants, and maybe even a jacket 🙂
