I attempted to capture the contrasting hues of the water and the sky in this picture. It was one of those moments when the sun catches the turquoise waters of Rose Bay, Sydney, NSW, Australia; meanwhile malevolent rain clouds gather overhead.
About a third of the way from the left, you can just make out the golden top of Sydney (Centre Point) Tower.

Over the last few weeks I’ve been admiring the regal colour of the flowers of the jacaranda trees.
This one is located on the upper campus of UNSW, Sydney, Australia. One of the Faculty of Medicine’s buildings provides contrast in colour and form.

On 24th October 2014 we entered the British Consulate, Sydney, Australia as bachelors.
We were the twelfth couple to be married.
We left the Consulate as bachelors.
We have been married in our hearts for the last 20 years.
