Harbour gloom
Sydney Harbour went from overcast to glorious sunshine in a couple of hours on Tuesday. This was taken from Mrs Macquarie’s Chair.
Contrast
One of my favourite sights of Spring in Sydney is the blue flowering Jacaranda trees (Jacaranda mimosifolia). The challenge is to take a photograph with a darker background as the colour gets lost against the blue sky.

Sparkling lunch
On Saturday we were treated to lunch for my birthday at the Park Hyatt Hotel adjacent to the Sydney Harbour Bridge. A triple sparkling event as the group gazed at the harbour sipping champagne.

Snail Talk
We saw fluoro green ones outside Customs House in Circular Quay last weekend, the pinks cousins above were spotted having a chat this morning in Sydney Park.
