The above was created by painting three pictures in Paper 53. I then used Art Studio for iPad to layer the images. I added a process filter at the end to alter the colours.
What do think would be a suitable title?

The title could be almost anything really. You would have to give us a hint or what you were thinking when you did this.
Hm that is difficult, the three images were created days apart, really the result of fiddling. The final picture feels right, no particular thoughts, other than I like circles.
Ok than call it Circles in a circle.

I really love the posts you are sharing Robert! Great stuff! The title from my eyes could be
“declaration” 🙂 it reminds me of a flag…plus it looks like the word “love” is in it…
To me this has a 60’s pop art feel to it. It is always hard to give an image a title, especially this kind of art. It needs to convey what you were thinking and feeling when you were creating this.
