Whenever I need inspiration or
Motivation, I seek assistance from
The elliptical cross trainer, waiting
To release my mind from endless chatter,
Twenty five minutes uninterrupted,
Music cranked, pen and note pad ready, set,
I’m off, a different journey every time,
Level? eight, reading heart rate . . . enter age,
Think, forty nine, enter weight, hmm eighty
seven, arms, legs, music pumping, release
time, expand time, ideas explode, fly,
Connect, collide, pictures form, write, drink, breathe,
Over in a heart beat, cool down … average
Heart rate one hundred and thirty six, wow!

Seems like a type of meditation to me, Robert.
P.S.
I love the new look of the blog.
Thank you, Kozo. I was wondering whether it could be classed as meditation, given that it goes against the advice on how to meditate. What ever works, eh? Robert
I agree, when you are in the Zone – it’s a meditative state even if you used motion to get there.
You seem to like working out and keeping yourself as fit as a fiddle!
Thank you for commenting. My doctor has told me I have to lose weight to reduce my risk of x, y and z. I find exercise is a good way of taking time to think too.
How could that be? Judging by your gravatar, you don’t seem to have any excess weight that could lead to ill health.
Hello there — on a totally different subject, I was flipping through the pages and saw your copyrighted.com logo and info at bottom left. Are you happy with their service – is it worth my pursuing? Any spam issues? I have so much creative work on my blog … you never know what people might do. 😦 If you have time, let me know what you think. I would appreciate it!
I’m a bit of a sheep when it comes to stuff like this. I saw this copyright used on another blog. I have no idea if it is effective, more of a deterrent.
Ahhh… I see. Gotcha! It does look pretty effective though. 🙂
